Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime through the Shop app using the same email address you checked out with.
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days and take about 3–7 business days to arrive once shipped.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll help you from there.
Bag policies vary by stadium, so we always recommend checking your stadium’s official policy before game day.
